Children Confront Terrorism?

I mean is this stupidity or what? , the story begins a couple of months ago when “I thought I heard” the Iraqi Minister of Education announce on T.V. that “Schools will Confront Terror” I thought at that time maybe it was one of those useless foolish statements that Iraqi ministers most of the time like to announce whenever there is a camera crew nearby, since they have nothing more important to do…except maybe scratch their bottom…when its hot… that is not always.

Well yesterday he did announce that the Motto this year for the Ministry of Education would be “School Children Against Terror” he is Planning Guarding the schools by Iraqi National Guard and Police, making them really good targets… I wonder where his children go to school? Surely not in Iraq.

Stupid statements cause attention, please leave our children out of this.

Don't you see the plan? For example Mansour and Yermouk areas where just fine before getting the ING's and police cars and putting them all over the place and there you go! The whole area is rwined now and like 99% of the shops were either threatened to close their shops or they chose to do it by their own free will so they wouldn't lose their lives. While the ING are well protected behind their concrete rooms (Beside the walls now they have rooms too) they are putting everywhere. After killing majority of Iraqi Doctors , University prophesiers , Engineers and educated people it is time to move to the younger generation to make sure that ignorance and stupidity will rule so they won’t have anyone to stand up against their rotten faces.

OH ING Or Police bothe of are the same...

Our street waited for 4 years to get paved and finally last month all the ribbles were taken away and the both sides got paved BUT since the policemen heard about it, they occupied one of the empty buildings nearby and stationed there and CUT the roads, now instead of using our paved way we are using the sub-ways that are full of mud, trash and holes!!

I really don't know what to say. I'm ashamed of being Iraqi sometimes. It's as if we've been divided into groups.. not Shia and Sunni and Christian.. but those who care about Iraq and those who care about themselves..

I hate the fact that Im not doing anything to help Zappy, marshmellow, Konfused Kid, etc etc.. Every day, hundreds of thousands of Iraqis go through pain that I wouldn't dream of going through all my life.. All I can do is pray and ask Allah to reward you..

I love you all. I really do

But ... but ... what about the TERRORISTS? The ING's have to protect the Iraqi people for themselves, for freedom! Or something.

To tell the truth, the rationale for conquering and pillaging always gets me tangled up.

I wish they do protect people.

Well, you know Zappy, His Excellency has a point here . Children should get more involved!. They should! , since some of the militias members are not older than 14 or 13 , it is only fair enough that the rest of the kids should participate in this new national sport . Children must pick sides, you know . And besides ; who is going to need a school soon? .
The Ministers children, as you said are in Europe somewhere , or may be there are schools in the Green Zone “just in case someone may say something”. So, that should be enough to cultivate the new generation !.
Just try not to walk near any schools OK! cheers
